Lamu is a historical town in the Kenyan coast. It is a archipelago made up of Lamu, Manda,Pate, and Kiwayu islands that all share Swahili history and culture. As one of the best preserved historical settlement, Lamu features a mix of African, Arabic and Indian culture which is prominently displayed by people living there.
